Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the products and services provided by Kolank LLC(“Kolank,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Kolank, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Kolank is an AI agent for freight brokers. It reads the emails and messages about a load, drafts quotes, rate confirmations, and carrier replies, helps vet carriers, and keeps your records current across the channels you connect. Kolank prepares work for you; a person on your team reviews and approves outbound communications and commitments.
AI output and your responsibility
Kolank generates drafts and suggestions that may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing them before they are sent or acted on. Quotes, rate confirmations, bookings, and any financial commitment require your approval — Kolank does not send them or move money on its own. You remain responsible for your communications and business decisions.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to use Kolank for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to disrupt the service, or to reverse engineer or resell it without permission.
Payment
Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and we may change pricing with reasonable notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Kolank reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice, and suspend the service for security or legal reasons.
Intellectual property and your data
Kolank and its underlying technology are our property. You retain ownership of your data and grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to share the data you connect to Kolank.
Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your access ends, we will help you export your data on reasonable request, and any outstanding fees remain payable. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnification and governing law
You agree to indemnify and hold Kolank harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Kolank LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes and contact
