Human approval and message handling

Kolank drafts. It does not send messages, book loads, or move money on its own — a person on your team reviews and approves outbound communications and commitments. We process the contents of your connected mailboxes and channels only to provide these features to you, and we do not use your customer, carrier, or load data to train shared or third-party models.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the service: with the parties you choose to communicate with (such as your carriers and customers), with vetted service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (for example cloud hosting and the AI model provider that powers the agent), to comply with the law, and in connection with a business transfer.

Data security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption of stored credentials and data in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
